Getting Ready for the Holidays

Getting ready for the holidays often involves things like meal planning, grocery shopping, travel arrangements, and finding the perfect gift for everyone on our list. But how do we prepare ourselves for the holidays? Is there a way to make sure our hearts are in the right place as we begin the season? In this message from Matthew 6:19-21 we learn about a promise from God that will ensure we are truly ready for whatever the holidays bring our way!

Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
