Discipleship Coaching
Strengthening faith through relationships
What is Discipleship Coaching?
Discipleship coaching is a new and intentional step in our discipleship pathway, designed to provide one-on-one or one-on-two mentoring for those who would benefit from deeper, personal discipleship. This ministry is part of the "Explore" step, offering newer believers—or those coming from different Christian traditions—a guide to help them grow in their faith. Discipleship Coaches are mature believers identified by our pastors and elders who come alongside one or two individuals for a season of about 10-15 weeks, walking through key biblical truths and answering questions that might not be easily addressed in a small group setting. Using structured resources and a relational approach, coaches serve as spiritual mentors, offering encouragement, clarity, and a firm foundation in the faith. A list of recommended books and materials will be provided to help guide these conversations, ensuring that each disciple receives thoughtful and intentional support on their journey.
